It is Important to Include your 17 digit Vehicle Identification number When shipping your part for Remanufacture. There is a Box Area to include this information. Please Ship it to our address which appears on the R&R Form. We suggest you insure it against damage.
Warranty activation - return your Faulty Original Core to validate your Warranty. Your Warranty starts the day we receive your Core. Please use the enclosed Return Shipping Label, use the actual packaging your part arrived in, place the return label over the existing shipping label and drop at your local shipping agent. We allow 15 Days for the Core Return from the time you receive your purchased Part. Your Warranty will commence at time of arrival
