The Throttle Body is soda blasted the tps and pedal switch are disassemble and internally reworked with new parts .

We calibrate the Tps & pedal switch to factory specifications

The Throttle body is Completely dismantled, cleaned, tested for cracks & fractures.

Upon Installation TPS and Pedal Switch Switch throttle cable will need adjustment if these adjustments are not made, You will have a recurring Fail-safe mode fault and limited throttle response until fault codes are cleared correctly, this practice will need to be repeated until proper adjustments are made and correct idle is established.

Take special care when reinstalling the throttle Cable. Check your vacuum hoses carefully for leaks and harness connections. Replace your Base Gasket
