The listing description will specify whether the controller is "Plug & Play". If the listing does not specify Plug & Play then the controller may need to be "Coded" to the vehicle. All controllers come programmed with the latest Software Upgrade, this does not mean that it is Plug & Play when installed.

Can You Rebuild my Part?
Most cases Yes, we sure can. To ship your part to us please click the Form Tab above then click the R & R Form. Complete the needed information then print this form and include it in your package with the well packaged part. You can also signup at our website and login, then complete the needed information.
How Long Does my Part take to Rebuild & or How long before my Part Ships?
Whether you’re purchasing from our Inventory or if we have a reman solution for your part, we make every attempt to expedite your order. Unfortunately, there are times when certain Internal Hardware components fail that we do not stock and must be ordered to finalize the module.

What kind of shipping options do you have?
We offer ground, 2nd day, and overnight shipping options. All overnight and 2nd day orders must be placed before 1PM EST. All orders placed after 1PM EST will be shipped the following business day if in stock. Sometime a part may be Temporarily Out Of Stock; in a case like that , we will ship as soon as we receive the Replenished Stock. Most orders are shipped “no signature required” for your convenience, however we strongly advise that you are available to sign for the package. Orders over $500 are shipped with adult signature required. We are not responsible for losses that occur as a result of packages being left in your absence.

How do I place an order?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, PayPal, Approved checks, and Postal Money Orders & Western Union Cash.
Money Orders & Pre-Approved checks are payable to Auto & Truck Electronics.
You can mail your Postal Money Order or Approved Check to: Auto & Truck Electronics, 933 S Military Trail, West Palm Beach, Florida, 33415. Please write the type of part & V.I.N# on your check.
Do you charge sales tax?
We collect 7% sales tax in the State of Florida, Palm Beach County.
Our Store shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the same state. For the purchase of product orders from our Inventory and shipped to other states, you are solely responsible for all sales taxes or other taxes for that State. Repair Services provided in the State of Tennessee and Hawkins County are taxable at the current State rate of 7% & additional County Rate of 2.75% equaling 9.75%. There will be an addition of this Sales Tax charged to the final cost of all Repair Services conducted in the State of Tennessee by our Company. This fee will be collected prior to your part being returned to you. If you’re in Disbelief, you can take this up with the State of Tennessee Dept. of Revenue

Yes, we do ship to P.O. Boxes.
We use United States Postal Services only, this will incur an additional handling fee
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do ship outside the United States. Please be aware that if you ship your order to a freight forwarding company, we are not responsible for any losses, damage, wrong parts, or missing parts once your package arrives to that forwarder or leaves the United States. You will be responsible for all return shipping charges back to the United States if you choose to return your order. You are also responsible for all Customs & Brokerage Fees .
Do you ship to Alaska and Hawaii or Puerto Rico?
Yes! Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico Customers, Shipping Cost is Additional to these States and Provinces and will be shipped by default via United States Postal Service. Free shipping is not available to these locations.
When can I track my package?

Can I Cancel or change my order after I place it?
Yes as long as your order has not shipped or left our facility, If your order ships and then you cancel, charges will be Incurred, Visit our “Returns” Page.
I didn't receive my part on time; do I get a shipping refund?
On orders shipped overnight and second day, all shipping companies reserve the right to extend delivery time by 24 hours to residential addresses. In addition, if you live in a "blackout area" overnight or second day delivery is not guaranteed by any shipping company. This is beyond our control and shipping charges will not be refunded for this reason. We are not responsible for shipping company delays or adverse weather conditions, incorrect routing by the freight carrier, and incorrect deliveries or incorrect addresses listed at time of order.
What happens if I refuse my order?

I never received my package, but my tracking number shows it was delivered. What do I do?
Please be aware that we are not responsible for losses that occur as a result of packages being left in your absence. It is your responsibility to have someone present at time of delivery. To obtain a tracking number & find out exactly when delivery is scheduled login to your account, your tracking number will be displayed there. If your package is left by the shipper unsigned, or signed fraudulently and ends up lost you will not be reimbursed. We can file a lost or damage claim with that shipper, their decision is based on their information and findings. We have no decision making on the outcome.
Check around your property for packages that may have been placed out of sight. Check with your neighbors’. If you still cannot locate the package, you will have to call the shipping company, and they will send the driver back to your residence within 24 hours. If the driver cannot locate the package, a claim will be initiated with the shipping company. Claims take approximately 30 days to settle. We are not responsible for replacing any lost orders while your claim is processing. All replacement parts will have to be reordered until your claim is settled.

What if my part arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged or opened, immediately tell the driver that you are refusing the package due to damage. Do NOT accept the package. If a damaged or opened package has been left in your absence, you will have to contact the shipping company. You have 24 hours to notify us that you received a damaged product. We will not accept responsibility for any damaged claims after 24 hours. No exceptions. Keep all original packaging and the box it was shipped in.

How Do I Return my Part?
We highly recommend that you return your item with a shipping carrier that can provide you with insurance & tracking Information. If you are shipping via USPS, use Express Mail. Delivery confirmations and Priority Mail are not considered to be acceptable tracking methods.
Make sure to properly pack your return and clearly write your Invoice number on the outside of the shipping box. (Invoice # is located on top right of Invoice) Please do not write on the parts boxes as your product will not be considered “resalable”. All returns are freight prepaid by the customer. We do not offer return shipping reimbursement regardless of fault.
My part broke while I was installing it, can I return it?
We cannot accept returns on any part that has been damaged due to incorrect installation.

My part is defective, do you pay for damages?
We do not cover any expenses that occur as a result of the installation of a defective product. This includes, but is not limited to, rental car coverage, towing costs, labor, and storage fees.

Who pays for return shipping?
We do not offer return shipping reimbursement. All returns are freight prepaid by the customer.
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing by information received from our suppliers, Auto & Truck Electronics shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed, for products listed at the incorrect price.

Product returns for refund or from a repurchase will incur a pro-rate deduction fee 30 days of customer receiving the product.
