RETURNS & REFUNDS 

You Have 30 Calendar Days from Invoice date to return your order for Refund

Unopened in the original packaging,

Approved Refunds Take up to 30 Business Days from Tracking date of Arrival.

Shipping Costs are Non Refundable

There is a 20% Handling & Restock fee that applies to each Authorized Return.

REFUNDS ARE LIMITED TO 30 DAYS FROM INVOICE DATE,(Must be postmarked & arrive within the return policy)

Returns after 30 calendar Days or postmarked outside of the 30 calendar days from Invoice Purchase date will not be considered for Refund .

(Only warranty if valid** Repair & Return or account Credit) 

After 30 Days, is REPAIR ,EXCHANGE or Store Credit ONLY. (Exchange does not apply to Repair Services)

Repair Services are not Refundable and are warrantied 

Returned Parts Must have an RMA Form accompany the return,

Parts returned without RMA will delay processing.  

Returns after 30 calendar Days from Invoice Purchase date will not be considered for Refund .(Only Repair & Return or account Credit) 

Reasons for refund being denied:

  • (1) Part was installed (all products come Heat Shrink Wrapped)
  • (2) Installed Improperly
  • (3) Returned damaged  & non rebuildable
  • (4) Part was altered or Tampered with thus rendering it non rebuildable
  • (5) Warranty Void Label(s) tampered with
  • (6) Returned from someone other than the original purchaser. (warranties are non-transferable)
  • (7) Returning a different product

** Warranty Validation is achieved when your original faulty part is returned within 15 days of Part purchase
