Shipping costs charged for repair services are used to ship your part back to you once your repair service has been completed.
Each repair service order must also be accompanied by a completed R&R Form. To submit an R&R form:

- Open the form on your computer, fill out the necessary information, and save.
- Where it says "Please submit your R&R Form" click "Browse"
- Select the completed form from your files.
- Now when you add this repair service to your cart and check out the form will be submitted with your order.
It is Important to Include your 17 digit Vehicle Identification number When shipping your part for Remanufacture. Please Ship your part to our address which appears on the R&R Form. We suggest you insure it against damage.
