Core Return Policies

 

**CORE RETURN POLICIES**

 
**1. Overview**
Products purchased are subject to our Core Exchange Policy.
In order to Validate the Warranty the core must be returned.
This policy facilitates the return of your core part, allowing for an efficient exchange process.
 
**2. Core Exchange Process**
Once you receive your remanufactured part, initiate the return of your core as soon as possible . Please follow these steps to complete the return process:
 
a. Visit our Core Return Portal Tab at our home page.
 Choose one of the purchase channels .
 
b. Enter your Order Number and Zip Code in the specified fields to locate your order.( located on your invoice) choose “Other”
 
c. Print the prepaid return label that will be generated.
 
d. Keep the original packaging and materials to ensure safe return of the core component.
 
e. Affix the printed return label over the original shipping label on the package. This will ensure that your return reaches the correct address.
 
**3. Return Shipping Information**
The prepaid return label is applicable exclusively for shipments within the Continental United States. Once we receive your CORE, we will validate your warranty to commence .
 
Core refunds may take up to 30 business days from date or arrival at our facility.
If you do not receive a refund after this period, ( contact us )(support@vehiclemodule.com)
it may indicate that your core is deemed non-repairable and ineligible for refund.
While your warranty will be validated ,
 
**4. Cores With No Credit Value**
 
The following cores carry no credit value
 
1. Cores that exhibit cracks, burn damage, or structural fractures.
2. Cores that are contaminated with liquids or chemicals.
3. Cores containing incorrect module boards or those that have undergone unauthorized repairs.
4. Cores with damaged connectors or housings.
5. Returning a core that does not match the original purchase (does not activate warranty)

For any further inquiries related to the core return process, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service team.
A refund for the core will not be issued under such circumstances. Should you prefer to have the non-rebuildable core returned to you, please note that you will incur return shipping costs.
 
**4. Tracking and Late Returns**
 
We recommend that you keep a copy of your return tracking number for your records. We request the core be returned within 15-days ,
 
**Return Policy for Cores**

2. **Responsibility for Non-Credit Cores**:
It is the responsibility of the customer to retrieve any cores that have no credit value. This includes all fees related to return shipping.
 
3. **Non-Rebuildable Parts**:
All non-rebuildable parts sent to Auto & Trucks Electronics for rebuilding that remain unclaimed for more than thirty (30) days from the date of arrival will become the property of Auto & Trucks Electronics.
