Payment Types

Multiple Product Orders
For a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. You will only be charged for products contained in a given shipment, plus any applicable shipping charges. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt. The entirety of this shipping charge may be applied to the first product(s) shipped on a multiple shipment order.

Handling Time
We will ship your product as it becomes available. Most orders received before 1:00 PM E.S.T. will ship the same day, provided the product ordered is in stock. Most orders received after 1:00 PM E.S.T. will ship the next business day. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday, Sunday, or Holidays however, there may be times when the product you ordered is either out-of-stock or backordered at that moment and changes daily this will delay fulfilling your order, slightly. Additionally, The Part may need Programming with Your specific Vehicle Information which we await your response. Please complete all Vehicle Information at Checkout. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping for a full refund other than Special Ordered Parts (Which will Incur a 20% Restock Fee)

Return & Refund Policy
You have 30 Calendar Days from Purchase to return your order.
REFUNDS ARE LIMITED TO 30 DAYS FROM INVOICE DATE,
After 30 Days, REPAIR ,EXCHANGE or Store Credit ONLY. (exchange does not apply to r&r service)
Returned Parts Must have an RMA Form accompany it in the package,
Parts returned without RMA Form will delay processing.
a 20% Handling and Restock fee applies to each Authorized Return.
Expedited Shipping fees are not refunded
Returns after the 30 calendar Days from invoice date will not be considered for Refund.
Reasons for refund being denied:
- (1) Part was installed (all products come Heat Shrink Wrapped)
- (2) Installed Improperly
- (3) Returned damaged & non rebuildable
- (4) Part was altered or Tampered with thus rendering it non rebuildable
- (5) Warranty Void Label(s) tampered with
- (6) Returned from someone other than the original purchaser. (warranties are non-transferable)
- (7) Returning a different product

Shipping Policy
We use USPS for Shipping within the lower 48 and Internationally.
We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by AUTO & TRUCKS ELECTRONICS or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability. Holiday Shipping Times are not guaranteed.

Taxes
Our Store shall automatically charge the applicable 7% sales tax for products to be delivered to addresses within the same State. For the purchase of products from our Store and shipped to other states, you are solely responsible for all sales taxes or any other taxes for your State.

Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Our Store shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Our Store shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Our Store shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
Core Policy & Returns
Most products purchased on our Website are with Exchange. The way it works is we ship a remanufactured part to you we include a Pre-paid return label; this label requires you to return your Core Part within 15 Days from receiving the reman part. This Return label is valid within the "Continental USA only" and will only be issued with the contents of the ordered part. Once your Core is Received your Warranty will commence.
Core Refunds can take up to 30 Business Days process starting from the time the core arrives at our Facility. If you have not received a core refund up to this time, this may mean your core is not repairable and cannot be used to rebuild. Your Warranty will be validated but you will not receive a Core Refund if one was due. The Core Fee would be stated on your Invoice separately.
You can request the non-rebuildable core be returned to you. Return Shipping cost applies.
If a core is returned after the 15 Day core return request, the core fee will not be refunded, the core will be used for Warranty activation Only. Please keep a copy of your return tracking number.
Cores we Do Not accept or have No Value;
1-CORES Cracked, Burned or broken - NO CREDIT VALUE
2-CORES that have contamination liquid or chemical – NO CREDIT VALUE
3-CORES with incorrect module boards or prior work conducted - NO CREDIT VALUE
4-Cores with Damaged Plugs or Cases - NO CREDIT VALUE
CORES THAT HAVE NO CREDIT VALUE BECOME THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER TO RETRIEVE (includes all fees related to return shipping)
ALL NON-REBUILDABLE PARTS THAT WERE SENT TO AUTO & TRUCKS ELECTRONICS FOR REBUILDING AND LEFT FOR MORE THAN 30 DAYS FROM ARRIVAL DATE WILL BECOME THE PROPERTY OF AUTO & TRUCKS ELECTRONICS.
